Situated in the heart of a close-knit neighbourhood in Bondi Junction stands two late Victorian, single-storey terraces and two budding families. These two families approached DARC to alter and extend their beloved, busy homes. DARC's design approach united the heritage sensitivities of the site with a creative use of space, to transform the way these homes are enjoyed and addressed the needs of two unique and growing families. The result is a delicate balance between tradition and modernity, where design arcs weave through each alteration and extension, creating homes that encapsulate the history of the terraces while embracing the clean elegance of Scandi minimalism. It's a testament to our commitment to architectural detail that addresses contemporary lifestyles while honouring the intrinsic character of the locale.
